XTZ InCeiling E-IC6 - multi-purpose ceiling loudspeaker

E-IC6 is XTZ's first powerful and flexible ceiling-mounted custom-installed speaker. As a speaker component specially developed for building multi-channel home theater sound systems.

Undoubtedly powerful, coupled with flexible installation settings and diverse adjustment methods, it has become an excellent choice for creating panoramic height channels and surround channels. E-IC6 does not have a cabinet, so it is an open two-way design. The front is a coaxially installed tweeter and woofer unit, and the back is a crossover circuit and binding posts, which is simple and exquisite. It uses a titanium alloy dome tweeter with a diameter of 25 mm (1 inch) and a long-stroke mid-woofer unit 165 mm (6.5 inches) made of woven fiberglass composite, which is strong and light. It has excellent transient response, is high-efficiency and can withstand high power, and displays delicate and accurate sound.

Multifunctional installation and placement

The E-IC6 base has a circular cut-out diameter of 205 mm, and depth of 130 mm. The base provides four holes for wall-mounting. According to different usage environments and personal preferences, it can be installed through the wall, or top ceiling openings for embedded installation. The effect of planar invisibility does not affect the excellent performance at all. The molded circular base of E-IC6 is black, and there is a lever switch next to the tweeter. It is set with three levels, "boost-normal-attenuation" for the tweeter. In addition, the tweeter can also be tilted +/- 15 degrees, and with the built-in 15 degrees angled plane on which both the tweeter and woofers sits, it is easy to facilitate alignment of different listening areas.

Terminals

The E-IC6 binding posts are located on the back of the module, using two large pure copper gold-plated terminals. The design is beautiful and elegant, making wiring clear and convenient. In addition to ensuring the best signal transmission, it can also prevent oxidation for long-term use.

Front grille

E-IC6 is equipped with a hollow white magnet-adsorbed grille with a diameter of 230 mm. It is installed through magnet adsorption on the base. The workmanship is extremely fine and protects the speaker unit from dust contamination and external damage. In order to ensure perfect sound transmission, the grille has been specially designed and verified to ensure complete sound penetration without any impact on the sound quality.
