Tack så väldigt mycket för allting från order till leverans. Jag har precis packat upp 99.25:orna och anslutit kablarna. Efter de första låtarna måste jag säga: Grymt bra! Tack XTZ.

Efter att ha last en recension på Areadvd valde jag att testa kombinationen SUB 8.17 och 99.25 eftersom jag det senaste halvåret letat efter ett nytt kompakt stereosystem till mitt vardagsrum. Högtalarna skickades ut väldigt snabbt och var väl paketerade. Jag gillade speciellt tygpåsarna som ytterligare skyddar högtalarna. Gällande ljudet så måste jag säga att jag verkligen är förvånad. Även utan SUB 8.17 gör 99.25 ett riktigt bra jobb och återger många detaljer och djupare än jag kunde tro. Just nu återupptäcker jag många av mina CDs. SUB 8.17 återger med samma precision men djupare vilket är riktigt trevligt när man tittar på film. Jag använder också SUB 8.17 för musik eftersom det ger ett fint basfundament i bakgrunden.

Jag har testat högtalaren i ett system med 2 99.36 1 99.25 Center och 2 99.25 surroundhögtalare mot andra surroundhögtalarset från andra tillverkare som Nubert Teufel och Kef. Man förväntar sig inte att 99-setet skall sticka ut extremt på något sätt. När man växlar mellan 99 och andra högtalare verkar 99 på något sätt vara tråkiga och ingenting speciellt. När man använder dem kontinuerligt däremot är just detta deras stora styrka. När andra högtalare börjar irritera så förblir alltid 99-högtalarna avslappnade och behagliga. De erbjuder riktigt bra hörbarhet. Ljudet löses upp totalt från högtalarna. Röståtergivningen är känslosam och klar. De spelar mycket balanserat utan att betona några frekvensområden. De har bra och precist bas. Jag använder dem med basreflexpluggarna i (sluten låda) eftersom jag måste ha dem placerade nära en vägg. Finishen är verkligen perfekt. I verkligheten ser de mycket bättre ut än på bild. Från mig 5 stjärnor.

Jag har haft dessa högtalare i 3 månader och jag är extremt nöjd. Ljudet från högtalarna är super. Ett inköp som gör mig glad varje dag! Köpet var absolut värt det för mig.

I have tested the speake in a system with 2 99.36 1 99.25 Center and 2 99.25 surround speakers against surround sets from other manufacturers including Nubert Teufel Dynavoice and Kef. One should not expect the 99 set to stick out extreme in any way. When switching between the 99 and other speakers the 99 seems to be somehow boring and not very special. In continuous operation however this is precisely its great strength. Where other speakers begin to annoy the 99 speakers always stay relaxed and comfortable. They offer a very good audibility. The sound dissolves completely from the speakers. The voice reproduction is emotional and clear. They play very balanced without emphasizing any frequency range. They have a good and accurate bass. I operate them with the bassreflex plugs in closed mode because I have to place them close to the wall. The finish is really perfect. In Live they look much better than in pictures. From me full 5 stars

I own the following components from XTZ: 2 x 99.36 FLR 1 x 99.25 LCR Center 2 x 99.25 LCR 1 x 10.17 This is really an amazing surround set. Ive heard lots of different surround sets before but only few and very expensive seem to be equal to mine concerning sound and finish of the speakers. The 99.36 are not only great in providing a cinema atmosphere but also for stereo application when listening to music. The tweeter is a real diamond I love that smooth yet accurate sound with so many details. That is also the reason for me to choose the 99 series. Since the mids and treble are completely the same for 99.36 and 99.25 the set plays very harmonic and with a great surrounding stage. Since I like to listen to multichannel music this is the perfect choice for me. The 99 center reproduces voices with perfect tonal balance and great clarity. In the beginning I listened to music without the 10.17 but in between I love the bass which this little boy provides so much that I also use it for music. This is the first subwoofer which I ever had and which I like when listening to music. It is so precise in the background that it never gets annoying. It even helps the 99-speakers to play freely with maximum of details. When watching a movie I love that deep and strong bass which the 10.17 is able to create. 5 / 5 stars for every single piece of the set!

I have these speakers since 3 months and am extremely satisfied. The sound of the speakers is super. A purchase which makes me happy again every day! The purchase was absolutely worth it for me.

I read most of these speakers reviews and questioned whether these was the same speakers I was listening to. The reviews dont make it justice. They left me with the impression that OK this was a fine speaker for the money. I guarantee that it is much more. First of all a thing or two about my HIFI background. I consider myself an audiophile and have been bitten by the bug for these last thirty five years! With respect to loudspeakers I owned KEF C60 Celestion SL600 the Yamaha NS1000 and Dynaudio the Confidence C4 the Audience and the Contour models. All were a pleasure to listen to until I auditioned the XTZ 99.25 LCR that is. I ordered a pair out of curiositys sake. How can these €1800 ( with the Beryllium tweeter upgrade) compare with speakers costing six times as much Well I let them run in for about a week playing various music genres and things started to mellow and lets say fill in. My preference is for classical music and love how a good speaker reproduces piano and voices. My first impression of piano rendition through the XTZ was of utter amazement. On my past speakers I had never experienced piano playing as visceral as on these speakers. The rendition was dynamic weighty and a treat to experience. These speakers image brilliantly I was enveloped in a credible soundstage with great detail and lovely instrumental differentiation but everything remained a whole and very natural. These speakers are revealing. They need excellent electronics to perform at their peak. At the moment they are hooked up to a Yamaha CD-S3000 CD player and a Yamaha A-S3000 amp. In the past I owned much more expensive electronics separate pre power amps Dacs and all the rest but this combination is heavenly. At the moment listening to Mozart Piano Concertos 15 & 16 Perahia with the English Chamber Orchestra. My time with these speakers confirms that I am out of the upgrade spiral and am just enjoying listening to music.

After reading the review on Areadvd I gave that combination of 8.17 and 99.25 a try since I was looking for a new compact stereo system for my living room since around half a year. The speakers were sent out really fast and were well packed. I especially liked the cloth bags which are additionally protecting the speakers. Concerning the sound I have to say that I am really astonished. Even without the 8.17 the 99.25 do a really great job and play with many details and even deeper than I thought. At moment I am really descovering many of my CDs one more time. The 8.17 plays with the same precision but deeper which is really nice for watching movies. I also use it for music in between since it is providing a nice bass-foundation in the background.
